What the Soake price includes

The starting price covers the engineered, reinforced concrete shell with a fully tiled interior, a tiled bench and step, a salt water system, a variable-speed pump and filter, a color LED light and app-based automation. The cold plunge adds a chiller and an AOP sanitation system.

It does not include the heater, cover, delivery, permits or site work. Soake's own pages quote slightly different figures (the FAQ says $27,000 to $34,000), so confirm the number on your written quote.

What a finished Soake project costs

Soake asks you to hire subcontractors for excavation, finish work, electrical and plumbing hook-up. A Soake preferred partner in the Dallas area puts total installed projects at $65,000 to $95,000, with the crane alone at $3,000 to $15,000 and excavation and an engineered base at $9,000 to $14,000. Soake says the panel typically needs a 50 amp circuit.

Delivery and timeline

Soake ships anywhere in the continental US, by boom truck in New England and by flatbed with a local crane elsewhere. Production takes 4 to 6 weeks, and the pool can be set in a few days once the site is prepared. It can sit fully above ground, partly in the ground or flush with the patio.

Warranty and reviews

We could not find Soake's warranty on its website. Ask for the written warranty, including the shell and the tile, before paying a deposit. There are too few public reviews to summarize.

Get your yard checked by a local pool contractor

Crane access, excavation, the pad, electrical, fencing and permits decide most of the gap between a pool price and a finished backyard. In Southern California, the Bay Area and Greater Seattle, we can introduce you to 2 to 3 licensed pool contractors who can walk your yard and price that part.
