- Is Renology free for homeowners?
- Yes. Contractor matching, the guides and the calculators are all free for homeowners. We never charge you for any of it, and there is no obligation to hire anyone we introduce.
- How does the matching actually work?
- You tell us the project, the timeline and your ZIP code. A Renology advisor calls to understand the job, then hand-picks 2 to 3 pre-vetted licensed contractors in your area who specialise in that work. They reach out with free quotes and you decide from there.
- How do you vet the contractors?
- We check every contractor for active California state licensing (CSLB), general liability insurance, online reviews across Google, Yelp and BBB, and their project portfolio. We only work with contractors who meet our standards for professionalism and quality.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Southern California and Greater Seattle. Our contractor network, local pricing and permit guidance are built for those markets, so matching outside them is not something we can do well yet.
